Hey, I just today bought “Legend of the Crystal Shard” to supplement my in person campaign, and I am unfamiliar with how to access the documents. I downloaded the free software butt I can’t for the life of me figure out how to access the actual purchase. That’s possible on the demo right? If not I will need to return what I bought, because I can’t afford the full software. Thanks.

On the store page for the product here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store...p?id=WOTC5ELCS it mentions "Requirements: A license for Fantasy Grounds (Standard or Ultimate) or an active license subscription, with the built-in 5E Ruleset."

As Moon Wizard mentions, email support so they can arrange a refund. Or take out a $4 standard subscription to check out the whole product - and if it's not worth it for you, then request a refund on both products within 30 days.
