pregens and how to create them without license?

is there currently a way to manage pcs (e.g. create starfinder pregens) to then upload to a gm server?

let's say i want to join a starfinder society game but don't have correct pc level for a subtier, so i have to use a pregen. are there ones created already for sharing? i know i cannot use the "manage characters" function in fg to create them because i don't have the purchased material that a gm already has when i join a game on gm server. i can manually create them, but would that adversely effect anything when i upload to gm server (is it possible to upload off-line pre-made characters)?

if there isn't a way, does it mean i would have to arrange with gm to log on early and create stat sheets for pregens whenever i join a gm server for a society game?

what are my options?
