Initiative Bonus for 5E NPC's
How do I create a trait that gives an NPC a positive bonus to initiative only while leaving its base dexterity untouched?

The only way I think would be to type an effect directly into the Combat Tracker; INIT: x. You could also use this extension I think.

I'll confirm that you can definitely use the "5e Advanced Effects" extension that Zacchaeus links above to add to an NPC's initiative. I have it implemented and use it for that purpose (and many other uses too).
