Resize arrows for windows

I need to move the resize handles to the top and left of a window.

The documentation points to <insideoffset> but I'm not getting the expect result with <insideoffset>5,5,0,0</insideoffset> All other <insideoffset> tags are of the form <insideoffset>0,0,N,M</insideoffset> so the natural inclination is that it's off the bottom and right.

However after experimentation it just offsets the graphical resize arrow from the right and bottom edges.

This appears to a hard wired behavior.

I have a need to allow resizing from the top and left of a window as my chat box is in the lower right.

Windows don't support top/left resize; it's not in the engine at all.
