Faun Race Source?

I'm running a 5e game for my son and his friends and letting them use whatever source material they want. Someone created a Faun character...Anyone know what source book details the Faun race and whether it is available in Fantasy Grounds?

Note that all of these are listed as "homebrew", there is no "official" Faun race. I recommend you read the reddit link above for some insight into it as well.
