Hi Girwan,
To the best of my knowledge you can't - at least using current Rulesets. However, the DORCore Ruleset will allow you to roll a d66, but I am still working on getting the "new" dice-engine working correctly with tables - so watch this space?
The only other possible candidate is the MoreCore Ruleset, but I don't know if it can do a d66 roll or not.Dulux-Oz

It works in Starfinder and Pathfinder
See Image..
I had to click out of the number field into the text field then the number updated.
I thought it was a CoreRPG thing.

Yeah, but that's not a d66 table (at least, I don't think it is).

Yeah MoreCore has a d60 and a d6 (and a d600 if that matters) for using with the Traveler system. This means you can roll a d60+d6 to get the d66 result.

The d66 was pioneered (as far as I know) by Games Workshop for their Warhammer line of games. It works like a d100, in that you read one die as the '10s' and the other as the '1s', getting results of 11, 12, .., 16, 21, 22, .., 66.
So if that's what the OP is talking about (which is how I read it) then as I said, I don't think FG can do it, apart from the DORCore and MoreCore (if I'm reading damned correctly).
And I think the OP's "1" in the table is a typo and should read "11" - but I could be wrongDulux-Oz

Well, you can actually do it with two-layer tables -have the first table roll a d6, and then depending upon the result have FG automatically roll on a second table (which is also a d6 result).
For efficiencies, its probably best to rearrange the results so that you only have to construct the minimum number of tables ie if you want results of 11-11 = result 1 and 12-21 = result 2 then you rearrange things so that 11-16 = result 2 and 21 = result 1 - this way you don't need a second table for the 11-16 result because this *is* simply a single '1'on a d6 (the first table's roll.
Does that make sense?Dulux-Oz
