Sci-fi: How to apply -Str from Heavy-G

Hi, is it possible to add a global effect to give all characters -1 die type to Str for a Heavy-G World in a Sci-Fi campaign? Or do the PCs have to adjust it and remember to readjust when they leave the planet? I have the Global Effects extension

I'd Create an Effect: Heavy-G [Str -1d] and add it each character on the combat tracker, though I suspect that will not effect encumbrance.

Ok, thanks. That's probably the easiest way to do it. Encumberance will we just recalculate and ignore as long as they are below the treshold.
