If you had purchased Nick's version, you can still download it from the Guild. Guild products never automatically download or install, you have to go to your Guild/OBS Library and download it from there and then install it. I don't know when Nick's version was last updated, probably about the same time it was made unavailable, but you can still access it if you had purchased it (otherwise OBS would have to refund your money etc).
But, the official UA isn't expensive either
