Problem with xp and loot

One player is not getting any loot or xp i give him through the party sheet. He is offcourse in the sheet and for the loot i can just select his name, click the arrow and in the chat it says he got it but on his sheet is nothing. What could be wrong?
I have no problem with the other players.

If its not to much trouble, could you make another character, duplacating rhe character. And try.
If you do let me know the results
I cant think of anything that could cause it

You could also try removing it from the Party Sheet and Putting it back to reestablish the links between the PS and CS

What fixed it?
For my own knowdlege plus if other pop up with the issue they know what to do

Removing him from the party sheet and putting him back again
