Welcome Icevil
Start by closing modules you are not running. You really, really dont want to have modules open that you are not using.
Next use the small edit button to make changes.

If you are talking about purchased modules then you can't change those, at least not permanently. Any changes you make will only persist for the campaign that you make the change in.

I would echo what damned says above in that don't have too many modules open if you don't need them. Additionally you don't really need to ever open the story or images folders when you are running the campaign. All of the images are linked to the story or NPC or whatever and you can navigate the story from the Library more easily (I think).
