Four wounds is still nuking situation for players. They'd better use bennies to soak some of it. The only difference between caped damage and 11 wounds is that they still have chance to survive it, their rolls are the last to determine it. There is nothing more annoying than losing character when you did not make to roll to determine it.
Anyways, if you can pin-point official setting rule where damage cap is only used for extras, I can add optional support for it. Otherwise people can make extension to support it

[Feature] Damage types (Wounds, Fatigue, etc.) can be used as Effect Keyword to change maximum threshold
[Improvement] "Ignore" prefix is required for damage penalty reducing effect keywords
[Improvement] Modifierstack layout streamlined
[Improvement] Duplicate CT entry shortcut key changed from ALT to CTRL for sake of consistence
[Bug] NPC Soak rolls did not work properly. Fixed
[Deprecated] Modifierstack ignore condition buttons removed. Use effects instead
[Deprecated] Modifierstack adjust armor, piercing and damage multiplier fields removed. Use effects instead
[Deprecated] GM Tool right click "Add to desktop" removed. Use new options instead

Getting this error:
Script Error: [string "scripts/manager_combat2.lua"]:708: attempt to call field 'isNone' (a nil value)
repeatedly from the Combat Tracker it started happening after some NPCs where killed and the round ended, just about any action in FG would trigger it.Native Texan. Tabletop Gaming since 1977. Thanks for the finding! It was the Joker that caused issue in sorting CT entries. Guess I don't have that good luck with my testing that I would get any Jokers
This is now fixed and commited to Smiteworks, you should be get the update soonish.
EDIT: This fix is now available in test channel.

Found a bug I think, when hitting the add button on a random encounters page, it just adds a empty entry on the Combat tracker, no stats or name or anything, just a empty entry equal to how many are listed in the encounters page.
