Portraits being replaced?

Hopefully someone can tell me how to fix this issue I'm having.

I'm running a CoC 7th game, and I was going to use some of the pregen PCs from a scenario as NPCs with my players. When I opened the pregen sheets however, their portraits were the same as the players. When I changed the portrait, it also changed the players portrait as well. Changing the players portrait back also seemed to change the pregen portrait as well. No idea how that happened. This happened with both of the pregens I was using.

Any ideas?

Can we keep the thread? Maybe sticky it so every time Newf comes back he can feel just a little bit embarrassed?
