Lost everything

Good evening.

I was going to start up a campaign that we haven't run for about a year, and everything is completely gone. All our summaries from 2 previous campaigns, all my NPCs. I created several guides with custom edges, histories, ect. Probably 100 pages worth of content. Does this have something to do with one of the updates? Can I restore it?

What else has changed on your computer?
Do you have backups?
Is there any data in the campaign?
Have you looked at the db.backup.xml files?

All of the data is stored locally on your machine in the campaign directory.

Every time that FG is loaded, it creates a db.session.######.xml file, which is a backup of all the non-image campaign data. You can look in your campaign directory at the previous db.session files to see if there was a time when a large change occurred and the db.xml got smaller. You can post a screenshot of your campaign directory, if you're not sure what I mean.

Before you do anything further, make sure to make a backup of your FG campaigns folder within the FG data directory.
