Sharing Items with players
Question: I've add a lot of items to the base game but when my players load up they don't see any of them.
Is the only way to share them to export them to a mod, and then share the mod?

Basically yes, if you want to have them see everything at once. Otherwise individual items can be shared by right clicking and selecting share sheet.
