Numenera: Adding abilities/descriptors/etc

I did not create any extensions. I only did modules from the Cypher System Rule Book, Predation, and The Strange. I didn't make anything homebrew as I didn't have time to run anything. It is just sitting there, languishing on my hard drive.

Is there a "typical module" with no record but the structure of the different class (mainly attacks and powers) ?

No, further development on Numenera ruleset would be required to build and store the record types needed to create modules.

Since SmiteWorks has not been able to secure an official license of the material to make official modules available, it is unlikely that we would prioritize this over other things on our plate.

This would have to be taken up as a community developer project, if anyone is interested.
