Thread: My first map

    My first map

I made this use Gimp and gogots excellent assets he shared in this thread.

    https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forum...43-Scroll-Maps

It's a small cottage I'll be using as an empty house for Curse of Strahd. I still have a lot to learn, but I'm pretty happy with this one as my first try.

I hope someone else can find a use for it.

    Thanks,

    2nd map

Thanks guys. Here is another map, again I made this for Curse of Strahd, for an encounter in the Barovia cemetery with Strahd.

[edit] updated the file to .jpg, reduced the file size.

    Thanks again for sharing.

Note that this second map is over 2Mb, the recommendation is to keep them under 1Mb. If you switch to jpg format and control the quality (typically somewhere between 40-70%) you will find that you can drop the file size (and therefore transfer time) with very little visual differences in the files.

I really like the cemetery - the style has great atmosphere. Thanks for sharing.
