Faction / Renown 5th Edition Ruleset

How can I add such a topic to the Current 5th edition Character sheets in Fantasy Grounds? Or are there any extensions or toolsets that I can find to do this? My campaign has several factions that have rewards (or penalties from warring factions) that will need to be tracked. If neither exist what are some recommendations?

The Log tab of the character sheet has a entry for Faction. You can add any other types of notes you want on that tab or under Notes on the Notes tab.

If something impacts on game mechanics (like extra AC, damage, attacks or similar) then you can use effects. If it is all theatre of the mind stuff then the notes space would be the place to put it.
If there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea to the wish list http://fg2app.idea.informer.com/

I use the Notes feature off of character sheet to keep notes on each PC that I don't want the player to have access to it. It isn't as convenient as having a "DM Only" tab on the sheet, but it is at least as easy as how you must do it while using pen and paper. But beside that, exactly what LordEntrails and Zacchaeus said.
