Port 1802 Windows 10 Sky Router

Hi I'm new to FG and my connection test is failing. I have a Sky router and am in the UK. Any step by step advice welcome on how to fix this... I've got a bit lost with all the technical stuff.

Find the name of your router and have a look here for instructions.

FG should actually do the port forwarding itself so make sure that UPnP is enabled on your router as a first step. Other things to check is whether your AV is blocking FG and whether your network is set to public instead of private.

Thanks all sorted I found it was my Norton wifi Privacy causing the problem.
