Emulating spell effects (ex: blast diagram of a fire ball)
Is there a tool that emulates the primary and secondary effects of shaped spells and effect? For example... Player requests to put a fire ball token on a point they designate. All tokens in the blast radius roll a save and are thus then effected similar to the mechanics displayed with the combat tracker tool. Is this possibly an extension that is out there or is it something that is yet to be made?

I'm not aware of any secondary effects for a fireball. Either you are in the affected area or you are not. You can draw a pointer, a regular or a quick pointer, to indicate which tokens are in the effected area. You can then select multiple tokens several ways, including directly off the map. See https://www.fantasygrounds.com/wiki/index.php/Tokens
If you are looking for things like spell effect areas, you can again just use pointers, or you can use something like these custom tokens; https://www.dmsguild.com/product/195...e-Spell-Tokens
Or are you looking for something else?

Do you know how to get the Dungeon Master Guild token module to work in fantasy grounds??? I can't seem to figure it out...

Is this the module which includes tokens for spell effects? If so then you just open the module, select a token and place it on the map as usual. You'll then need to size the token to the correct radius for the particular spell. This module probably works best with the layers extension, so that you don't have issues with grabbing the wrong token when characters or NPCs move.
If there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea here https://www.fantasygrounds.com/featu...rerequests.php
