Skill display names

Is there code I could insert into my campain db.xml so that a skill with a specialty will show the specialty name instead of the skill name?

For any future viewers, I believe this happens when there is no skill with the same name associated with the era you are playing in. non-era specific subskills are impossible? maybe.
