5E Creating A Lich as PC

My character was recently turned into a lich and I was wondering how to Convert him over to a Lich.

I have a few ideas using powers in the action tab, but I'm not sure I can make everything work.

You'll need to create effects for the resistances and immunities. (RESIST:cold, lightning, necrotic; IMMUNE: poison; IMMUNE: slashing, !magic etc).
The spellcasting should be straightforward enough.
The paralyzing touch set this up as a spell like ability, with an effect to handle the saving throw and paralyzation.
Same for the Frightening gaze. Should all be fairly straightforward.

You debate will be what other stats to use for the character; do they retain the stats they had when alive or do they get those of the Lich from the MM.
