"Running Man" icon on token

In the attached image you can see what looks like a person running in the lower left corner, what type of effect does that indicate.

I believe it is an effect. So the character on the combat tracker has some effect on them.

It’s a generic effect symbol, in the case that the ruleset is unable to tell whether it is a condition, beneficial effect or detrimental effect.

This is Klatub DM and it was because the fool forgot to capitalize his word resist. Resist should be all capitals for it to be recognized.
