Help with Weapons (6e)

I don't seem to be able to drag a Weapon from the Items section (click Items then the Weapon button at the top) into the character inventory or parcels. I can drag it into the story section and create new weapons. Items from the modules show up in the main Items list and I can drag those as normal. Any help is appreciated.

Drag the weapon to the weapons section at the bottom of the "Main" tab.

Thanks! It still won't let me put it in a parcel, but I can work around that.
