Words of Advice: (Some things I have noticed in my games)
A quote from one of my players is: "I guess I should bring more healing potions." This is sound advice. You get one for free if you are a new player.
If you are a level 1 character among higher level characters you will want to tend to stay out of harms way. Level 1 characters are very vulnerable and the presence of higher level characters boosts the deadliness of encounters in AL.

Details of your scenario: An exiled cultist and his kobold minions are spotted searching long-forgotten ruins in the Dragonspire Montains. Rumors say he looks for a precious gift to give to a fearsome dragon that dwells there. What he hopes to attain with his gift is unknown, but can't be good for the citizens of Phlan. An adventure for 1st-4th level characters. New players are welcome!
