I tweaked it a bit for my usage at home. Changed "Dispair" to Despair in notes. I also put back in Alignment and Deities column to re-purpose and changed their labels to Shadow Weakness and Standard of Living. I didn't see any other location to put this.
Also is the Miserable checkbox only an aid or does it trigger Disadvantage on an attack roll?

Miserable puts a little face on the character portrait at the top-left of the screen. You need someone logged in as a player to see it though. It doesn't impact rolls though.
Good thinking on adding those fields!

I left a comment on the closed ticket (not sure if you see those), didn't want to open another for a duplicate issue. Despair is still spelled incorrectly on line 415 of strings_5e.xml

Extensions = risk to your gaming experience. If you haven't tested out the extensions in your campaign before your gaming session, turn them off. If you don't backup your campaigns regularly, you're doing it wrong.
