Help! Port forwarding no longer working after changing ISPs
Switched ISPs today and suddenly my port forwarding for FG2 is no longer working.
Still using my router, which still has the port forwarding definition for FG2 in it which was working this morning.
All they did was disconnect old ISP cat6 cable and hook up theirs. Both old and new ISPs are wi-max based. Signal on the new ISP is 25meg up/down and it is solid with 5ms latency.
Called new ISP and opened a trouble ticket but the tier 1 support is saying they do not have to authorize anything from their end.
Any thoughts?

You're probably behind a NAT on the ISP side. Unless you can convince them to forward port 1802 through to you, you might need to go with a VPN.

Grey Mage - delete the port forward rule and re-add it.
Can you post a screen shot of the Port Forward rule and also of a tracert cmd (tracert 8.8.8.8)
I suspect that Andraax may be right.

Andraax, that was the issue. ISP fixed for me once they realized what I was talking about, ie, first two calls to tier 1 support were not helpful, finally got to tier 2 and was resolved.
