After updating to the new version 3.2.2 I now do not have the 5E modules that came with the Ultimate Version. I have access to no monsters, or anything pertaining to running a game...

Hi corum Rask there are two threads for 3.2.2 where you will get far better visibility on your post.
The Ultimate License does not include any DLC that the Standard License doesnt include.
If you started a new campaign make sure you activated the SRD modules or Basic modules.
If it is something else please post a screenshot or some more info on what you are seeing.
