Advantage on initiative and rolling all initiatives

When you use the option to roll all initiatives at once in the combat tracker menu, does it apply the advantage on initiative effect? No dice are rolled and I am curious if it works properly?

THis has come up before but I can't find the post. I believe that the answer is yes, it does take everything into account.

I know this probably won't happen, but it would be nice if the standard for automatic number changes in FG included the roll info sent the the console. That way the user can always open the console to check the rolls behind the scenes.
