Thread: Map Tiles

By having the main wall tiles separate from the floor, I think there is more flexibility in how you build your rooms.

I am happy to hear your having lots of fun with the map tiles. The roof files are a bit tricky I will admit.

City and town tiles? I assume you mean a fantasy medieval theme city/town scape? I'll see what I can do.

Decided to experiment with building a small surface building map with steps down to a lower level.

My suggestion is as the stairs drop lower, instead of fading into white, I would suggest fading into dark grey or black. That would imply darkeness and depth. Where you fade to white, it ends up merging with the outer wall.

I like that! Would give options for trying to make a town/city map using your artwork!

I have posted the Dungeon Map Tiles III pack to RPGnow.com but the promo artwork will have to wait as my web host has crapped out and their fixing the server my web site is on.

I've been playing around with more map tiles, so another set is in the works at the moment. But I have also been playing around with the map tiles from the last set and thought I should post some work up here. Plus this is a little shameless personal advertising of my new Patreon page.
