Ruleset Access

Sorry if this is covered elsewhere, but I wasnt able to find it.

If I am running a game and I have purchased a ruleset for FG, specifically BRP, in my modules I have the BRP manual that I can add to my library and then access any rules or tables I need.

Is there a way to allow my players to see that library file on their end or do they need to purchase the BRP ruleset for their copy?

Players will download the base BRP ruleset when they join their game. If you allow players access to the library modules (player relevant ones, not scenario modules) then they can activate them through their module activation screen and will download the data from the GM for use within that campaign only.
