i think there are some examples of the correct wording for that in Sword Coast Adventure Guide, but I’m not near my computer to check. Not entirely sure if the public version of par5e will handle it or not though.

hey fellow adventurers, does anyone have a copy of the v0.0.9-b62 version of PAR5E floating around they'd be willing to share?? im trying to follow xorns video tuts (i think its xorn lol) but the only version i can find is [v0.0.6-b7] and i cant get my head around it lol

Yes. You can create classes within FG
