So it looks like (currently) the best times/dates to run games are Friday-Sunday from 6pm-2am GMT (I guess that's not all that surprising).

Based on these results, if someone wanted to organize games in the 'evening' to 'night' period on Fridays or (to a slightly lesser degree) Saturdays or Sundays.. it seems likely they would be able to get a group together. We are fairly consistently running PFC games on Friday in the 'evening' slot. It seems like there are likely enough players out there to run a table or two in the 'night' slot as well.
By organizing and coordinating between GMs cmdisc, d1wright, and now farnaby and I have been able to run a consistent string of games and make them available to the community. I invite others to step up and do the same. Cmdisc proposed we run 'Season 3 as CORE' .. a simple enough plan .. and it has worked out well. We have included additional scenarios that crossed over into the season and made an effort to build some continuity. Hopefully, the community has responded to this (it does seem to have done so). It is our intention to try and run the Season 3 Multi-table Event at the earliest opportunity... which will hopefully bring a lot of it together in a cool way.
There are a lot of great scenarios out there from Paizo. PFS can be a pain in the neck with the bookkeeping overhead (although I do a lot more for the campaign I run) and the somewhat artificial structure that binds it together, but it is a great way to meet new players, learn how to use Fantasy Grounds, get in some additional gaming, and have some fun.Full License Operator - You must have a 'Lite' License to play in my games.

The other interesting fact is that it does not look like we have enough active players to support games in the 'early morning' to 'late afternoon' time frame... which looks like somewhere between 7am and 8pm GMT. There might be a little workable overlap in there.. but those times seem fairly poor for scheduling games.
Also it seems like we have enough 'voters' to support 3 tables... so that's a good thing too. We definitely should try and encourage more game organization since there are players out there looking for them.Full License Operator - You must have a 'Lite' License to play in my games.

To make this a little more consistent... and easier to talk about... I'm going to break this down into eight 5 hour slots starting at 3 hour increments (note the overlap).
Slot 1 - GMT 12am-5am
Slot 2 - GMT 3am-8am
Slot 3 - GMT 6am-11am
Slot 4 - GMT 9am-1pm
Slot 5 - GMT 12pm-5pm
Slot 6 - GMT 3pm-8am
Slot 7 - GMT 6pm-11pm
Slot 8 - GMT 9pm-1am
Based on our poll results..
Slots 7, 8, and 1 seem viable.Full License Operator - You must have a 'Lite' License to play in my games.

BTW, this ties in nicely with the FG community needing people to step up and GM.
Yes, RL can be pretty hectic for folks, but if we are to have a thriving RPing Community for PFS and PFC, we're going to need folks to bite the bullet and try their hand at GMing.
And it's not as crazy or scary as it sounds. You all know you want revenge on some of us who have killed off characters of yours in the past. Now's your chance. Those of you who believe in telekinesis, raise my hand.

That's what's worked out so well with the PFC Season 3 plan, since we have been running games for each other, we all get to play and GM AND there are more games for everyone in the community to enjoy. I highly recommend that others consider getting some discussion going to start up something similar.
One thing, the temptation is to set up a 'group' a number of people you know that can consistently play... while this is great... it doesn't really help the community to grow. By encouraging open tables and open calls for players, we give more people the chance to take part in the fun and promote a broader base.Full License Operator - You must have a 'Lite' License to play in my games.
