EULA, Ok, so where is it?
Nobody wants it, nobody reads it, but just in case I was looking for some real snooze material, where might the current EULA be?
I found an archived one from 2006, seems a bit outdated though...
Thanks.

It shows up when you first install the software as part of the installer.
Check this post for post install viewing options:
They appear when the installer first runs. You can delete the Fantasy Grounds executable to trigger "installation" mode with the updater/installer.Last edited by kylania; May 6th, 2016 at 17:06.

Yikes! That seems a bit draconian! Thank you.

We haven't re-written one since I bought the company in 2009. It's probably long overdue, but it's been a low priority overall.

Thanks Doug. (Shortest EULA I have ever read! And yes I do usually read them.)
I was looking for item 4, Reverse Engineering. In my blog I am going to detail unpacking of the rulesets. I assume "the software" in item 4 of the EULA means the Fantasy Grounds executables. I believe the files in the Fantasy Grounds Data Directory are DLC and not "the software".
Nobody wants to be in violation of the EULA , right? And, I certainly don't want to condone it!

You can unpack the rulesets and borrow code for it for your own use. We expose many of the underlying features of ruleset building on the wiki so that people can learn how to build their own custom rulesets. Many of our official rulesets started out as community rulesets and then reached a certain level of polish to warrant becoming official.
