Just a thought,

What about some simple status indicators for players and/or GM?

Such as AFK.

That way, when you are running a group online you can tell if a player isn't at their keyboard and you can move on instead of waiting for their input.

A 'Zzz' icon appears at the player's portrait when the player has been inactive for a while.
