I was wondering can you play the same character in multiple adventures and if so how do you track the experience that you have gotten previously in the other adventure and bring it to the new one and vice versa

You can export the character from the character list, and then import in to the new campaign. XP is tracked on the character sheet.

Fantasy Grounds also has an adventure log built into the character sheet where you can keep track of adventures. If you signup for games over at https://alonlinetools.net you can also manage your adventure logs thee to keep track of your xp, renown, downtime days, etc.
