Is there anyone willing to help me try the software from the players point of view? i would appreciate it. I happened across this software when the Code Monkeys mention pairing up with you. i like what i see so far but i want to see how the software works in "real life".
If anyone can help me i would appreciate it
Thanks

Just downloaded the demo today.
Sure I'll test drive the program with you. I'm at eastern standard time but without daylight savings. I live in Puerto Rico. Feel free to call me at my mobile so we can coordinate in real time. Or email me your phone and I'll call you if you live inside the US.

Looking forward to seeing if this goodlooking peice of software is practical.
Anybody reading this thread and in a similar timezone is welcome to call to see if can get some games together. I'm thinking a weekly sessions after we learn the program.

You can of course always testdrive on your own.
You first start FG as as gamemaster.
Then you start another instance of FG and connect as a player to IP address 127.0.0.1 (that´s your localhost address). Now you can test both the GM functionality as well as the player functionality. Worked for me greatly.
Maybe this is a good tip to mention in the quick tut of the demo?Hardmoon - music for your gaming sessions

Opening several instances of FG
Works great! I cannot belive it did not occur to me to open the same program a couple of times. The only thing left for me to figure out is how the combat works. Thanks for the advice!
