Effects Table Question

Currently running a Rippers (SW) game and we are starting to utilize the Effects Table more and more. What does the lightning bolt icon next to a particular effect represent? When you click the lightning bolt the icon becomes highlighted (some start out highlighted)...what does that represent?

Hi Ikael,

What is the difference in functioning between highlighted and not? I don't see it.

I think that the lightning bolt icon is not really explained in the image. The duration field is what it is explained, isn't it?

Hey Pepor,

Lightning Bolt is explained: Duration will be reduced on caster's turn (vs. on targets turn)
