They have added a couple others, the story has changed a bit since these were written so rather than rewrite them.. they made new.

The reason the second two parts of First Paths have been retired is that they have close ties to factions that are retired (Lantern Lodge in part 2 and Shadow Lodge in part 3). It's nice to have new evergreen scenarios published, there's generally been one a season since these two parts were retired at the beginning of Season 5.
