Cannot add Portraits

Hello,
No matter what I try I cannot seem to add portrait to BRP.
CoC, RMC and the rest work great but no matter how I click the portrait box never shows up.
Is this a missing feature?

I think that's a older foundation ruleset. Look to the top right of your UI in the small sidebar buttons. There might be one called portraits.
That's how it used to work years ago.

Looks like only the Client allows you to add portraits.
The other system allow the GM Desktop to do it.

Just start another instance, connect to your game with localhost and change them.
