Hi Mav
My Tutorial Video Series covers all of that - try Video 01-A-06. Mind you, I haven't finshed the series yet so I might not have covered it 100% yet. Still...
The links are in my sig - see if that helps or not
And welcome to FG!

Short and simple...
Suggest you work with a common grid size of 50px per 5' square for internal maps.
Suggest you keep you medium (human sized) tokens at 100px or less, etc
If you enable the grid on your map, and all your NPCs (monsters) have size set in them the tokens will all autoscale. The Medium tokens of 50px will stay at 50px while those at 100px will scale down to 50px etc
Of course if you set the tokens (in options) to be at 80% it will scale them a bit smaller.
Watch Dulux Video when you have the time.

Hey Dulux, do you point to the map align tool at all in your tutorials? It's a great tool for formatting maps and easy enough for a beginner to use. It could help to conform maps and tokens to a desired standard like damned suggests.
https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forum...ight=map+alignI never claimed to be sane. Besides, it's more fun this way.
