The rule comes from Pulp Cthulhu - it basically (as an option > High Pulp) gives your characters CON + SIZE divided by 5 (instead of 10) - giving you a range of Hit Points from 6 to 36...

What I'm trying to do - is run a game whereby the players have "normal" COC H.P. (3 to 18) and as the campaign continues (and they survive) award them +1 H.P. every few sessions or at the end of a mission / case / adventure...

This is not found in any rule book - so my goal is for a module that would make the H.P. Field on the players' character sheet a STATIC Field instead of a DYNAMIC
