When I mark race in the Personality and for example I put 3d6 on APP and drag a NPC to Encounter when I put him in combat tracker it will had 3 to 18 of APP or not?

It should do this, the code in the ruleset makes the rolls but it doesn't do anything with the result of the roll.

This is a bug in the Call of Cthulhu ruleset.

This should be fixed in 3.0.11 release today.
