I get that I'm VERY late coming to this one, but came looking for something similar and noticed a way some else did it on a YouTube video.
They created a Power Action with the following string as an Effect; Ready, [SELF]
I'm too new to FG to really know how that works in practise, but maybe it helps.

Ah, I get you. Probably more work to do it that way than to just write a pencil reminder then, in that case.

It's probably handy for the GM if they ready a NPC - to see which one it is on the CT (combat tracker). If it's a PC, as discussed in this thread, I'd recommend leaving it up to the player to decide when to take their readied action - no need to track it in the CT.
