I bought a skin and it seems it is broken in my resolution, Help?

Just like the title says, I bought the Savage Worlds Sci-Fi Skin (mostly as a module baseline so I could start making my own custom skins but also because I liked it) and it is broken in my resolution. I run in 1680 x 1050, here is what it looks like though I did scale the screenshot itself. Any suggestions on how to fix and what to do to not have that issue on my own creations would be GREATLY appreciated!
