DG Character Sheet Extension + Mod Question

For fun I'm attaching a Delta Green extension for the CoC character sheet. DG isn't too super different from modern but it has a few things I was tired of adding through Craft.

My main question is what the etiquette is on posting a mod that splits out the default CoC weaponlist into more manageable (and more easily usable categories). It'd be worthless w/o the CoC ruleset, but it is technically published content from the core rulebook. I will say it is much, much, much easier for my players to get weapons when they're in categories for H2H, Handguns, Rifles, Shotguns, SMGs, and Special/Other instead of just the default two tables. I was also able to add things from my Delta Green books as their own separate table and from Hans-Christian Vortisch's Investigator's Weapons Vol 1 + Investigator's Companion Vol. 1 although they'd be stripped out.
