Steam key for purchased ruleset?

No RMC pak in the ruleset folder, tried running the update several times and refreshing to steam again but still nothing showing up.

Hi I reentered my name and password and re synced, then updated. It loaded on the rulesets for me. Thank you. I copy and pasted your instructions should it ever happen again.
