Targeting mode appears broken (user issue; fixed)
Using the action buttons doesn't seem to work on target token/s (drag and drop, only, works).

There was an issue in 3.0.4 - what version are you running? The version number appears in the chat window.

Also, make sure that you don't have CoreRPG, 3.5E or 4E directories in your rulesets data folder.

Another thought, are you using any extensions in your campaign. If so, try disabling them all, and testing again.

Not sure how to check the presence of Core et al dirs in the rule data folder, but here's two more screens; the first used the map target mode to target (doesn't work), and the second one used targeting from combat tracker (works)

What version are you running?
Go look inside the the folder labelled "rulesets". What's in there? Post a screenshot if necessary.

Confirmed sollution: removing some community paks from ruleset folder - specifically Shadowrun 4 and WRFP.
