D20 Modern, has the FX page ever been usable?

Pretty much, that is the question, and if so, since it is not now, is there an easy fix anyone has used?

I am in the middle of creating the updated version of the d20 modern ruleset that is based on the new version of FG 3.0x. It will largely be the same as 3.5/Pathfinder so it will be functional when I am done with it. I am targeting getting it completed within a few weeks. Thank you. -Danny
