Players need to buy?

I don't recall seeing this mentioned, but do the players also need to purchase CnC or is it just the GM? Thanks!

The Players only need to buy the rules if they want to make characters or read the library entries when not connected to the GM. Otherwise everything is downloaded and set up to play when they connect the first time.

Prior to about 6 months ago players needed their own copy if they wanted access to Players Handbook... this was changed and they now only need the ruleset for offline access as ballan4 says. This was I think the only ruleset that had that limitation and it is now removed

Although, for just $10, showing your support isn't a big hit to your wallet - especially if you look at the cost on a per hour gaming basis.

this is very true.
if youre players enjoy playing it dont be shy to encourage them to support the publisher and whoever ported it to FG
