Unable to drag and drop power onto item Powers tab

The title describes the problem but I want to make sure it should be possible to do so in FG2 4E.

Currently, the 4E item record only supports drag and drop powers from the Item Powers page to the PC Powers page, but not vice versa. You can add the request to the wish list in my sig.
